I’m actually pretty excited for the dome project. Though I have done little to no work on it, I’m still pumped. What little work I’ve done is figure out what I am doing for a subject matter. I am going to hopefully make a video promoting or just showcasing Ultimate Frisbee. I will take videos using a fish lense camera of ultimate, I plan on doing this at our next tournament which is why I have no work to show for it yet because it’s March 5&6. I will then take the video’s and arrange them to the sound of music. For an example the video will be like this video I made for my Cross Country team in high school, this is only one song from the original video, I actually made it’s 45 min long. I plan on making my Ultimate video only about 1 min, but it will be fun getting the chance to do this again!

This Project has been a bit of a hassle for me and a lot of things keep going wrong, and they are still going wrong as of 3/18. First off, filming for this did not go as well as I planned, namely because I didn't think everything through. My original plan was to film my team the weekend of spring break when we had a tournament, but I forgot one very important detail about this. I play for the team I was planning on filming and it's a bit hard to film when you're off and on the sidelines. So needless to say that didn't work out well at all! So my next plan was to film during practice because if I sat out for a drill and filmed when I was sidling during practice it wouldn't be that big of a deal. But wait it actually doesn't get better, I was not able to make it to Monday or Thursdays practices because  of classes and work. So the only day I could do this was on Wednesday, and it was a bit cold outside which resulted in my phone dying before practice even started so that also failed. My last idea was to ask the guys team when they practice and see if their captain would allow them to film during their practice. Luckily for me their practice is from 9-11 and I get off of work at 9, and I have ties to the guys team so it was easy to convince them to let me film. Luckily I got about 15 min of footage before my phone died there and that was enough! Then when it came to editing my video that wasn't hard at all, I am very familiar with editing. I was able to find this program very quickly and I really liked it. It's called Wondershare Filmora, little did I know that when you export it you would get this giant water seal across the whole thing! So I turned that in, because it was due in 5 hrs, as proof that I finished it. So now I'm trying to find different programs to re-edit my video so I can have a clear version of it.

This is my first video which has the watermark, the watermark is transparent so you can still see the video, it's just really annoying.

Welp I ended up just buying this program. I really liked it and figured that with how much I love making video's like this it was worth the buy. Video editing and making these little music sport video's has been a long time hobby of mine that I've gotten away from. With this project it reminded me of how much I loved to make video's so now that I have this program I can get back into this hobby.

Listly I desided to shorten the video for the sake of the project. Originally the video is about 3 min long. While this video that I'm going to submit is going to be about 1 min and 30 seconds. I took what I thought where the best parts of moy video and what flowed the best.

Let it be known that I do not own the songs featured in these videos, all rights belong to "The Hunts" with their song "Make this leap." "He is We" with "Run" and finally "The Jungle Book's, I Wanna Be Like You."  I also do not own all this footage. All the video, except the very first and last clip was taken by me. The last clip, the huddlem, was found on Arjun Kunmar Facebook page, and was posted by his friend Morgan Little. The first clip was found on the TSUnami facebook and was posted by Mads Niehaus. The photo's where also not taken by me. They were all also found on Facebook and the first one was taken by Jen May, the Second one was by JujiTSU Ultimate's facebook page, and the last one was found on Matt Beer's facebook and was posted by Kells Kells. #nocreep

And lastly because I am such a horribly tedious person when it comes to timing in my video's. I have made even more revisions to my two video's. The first one is the 3 minute one, I've made a lot of corrections to very little timing syncs, that is probably only noticed by me. But when I rewatch these video's like a day later I'm like, I can do that better. The 2 video is the cleaned-up/revised version of my video's. The first one is the 1 min 30 sec video and the second is the longer version on it. I hope you can see the differences and agree with me that it made it a stronger video.

So this is the final version of the film that I am turning in for my project and will be viewed on the dome!
